Known Issue: ActiveSync 3.1 Issue for Ps/PC and H/PC:

There is a known issue with ActiveSync 3.1 for PsPC and H/PC devices. If you have installed ActiveSync 3.1 and have a PsPC or H/PC device, the next time you launch an application you are likely to see the error message "Can't find (Application Name) or one of its components..."

BSQUARE has reported this issue to Microsoft. Until it is resolved, Ps/PC and H/PC owners should use ActiveSync 3.0. Pocket PC owners will not encounter this issue.
